Your daily work involves tasks which are usually related to the following technologies and tools:

Development of complex server application components on Java EE platform, using various libraries (Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Apache Wicket, etc.)
Development of web-based user interfaces (Javascript, incl. AJAX libraries, XHTML, CSS)
Making design decisions and participating in the design of the complete system
Data operations in relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL)
Writing and maintenance of build scripts (Maven , Ant)
Writing automated tests

Knowledge of Java technologies and experience in Java development for at least 3 years in real customer projects
Team work and communication skills – this means if there is something you don’t understand, you ask. If something does not seem reasonable, you say so.
Ability to produce quality deliverables and you are proud of the code you commit to the repository.
Initiative and orientation to results – this means if you see something that needs fixing, you either fix it or inform others of a potential problem source. If you are asked to do something that doesn’t seem to be in accordance with the client’s requirements, you make it known.

If you have experience with Oracle or IBM products like Java application servers or relational databases
If you have experience with SOA solutions (web services, portals, ESB, BPMN, etc.)
If your knowledge of English pretty much equals that of your native language.
